Our Story
Founded by internationally recognized entertainer and producer Wesley Williams, WOW was built from a lifelong passion for live entertainment and one simple belief: ordinary just isn’t good enough.
Today, we bring The WOW Factor to more than 500 live events each year, partnering with theaters, fairs, festivals, arenas, theme parks, municipalities, colleges, schools, corporate events, cruise lines, and major attractions across the country and beyond.
Our growing lineup of original productions includes Puppy Pals Live, Jurassic Bark Live, Wesley Williams LIVE: The One Wheel Wonder, Paws for the Planet, Cirque du WOW, Roaring Riptides Live!, Hot Ziggity Zoomers, and an ever-growing collection of original shows and custom entertainment experiences.
From nationally touring productions to high-energy outdoor spectaculars and one-of-a-kind concepts created specifically for our partners, we don't just provide entertainment. We create experiences.

WESLEY WILLIAMS
Founder & Creative Director
Wesley Williams is an internationally recognized entertainer, producer, and the Founder and Creative Director of WOW Talent & Entertainment.
Throughout his career, Wesley has performed with some of the biggest names in live entertainment and on some of its most celebrated stages, including Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Cirque du Soleil, and the International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo.
His television credits include America's Got Talent, Britain's Got Talent, Got Talent España, Tu Si Que Vales, and The Gong Show, bringing his work to millions of viewers around the world.
His career achievements include two Golden Buzzers, a Guinness World Record, international industry recognition, and performances that have generated more than 100 million views across social media.
But Wesley's experience on the world stage ultimately became the foundation for something much larger: creating and producing original entertainment of his own.
FROM PERFORMER TO PRODUCER
About
Wesley founded WOW Talent & Entertainment to create modern, original productions built not only to entertain audiences, but to deliver for the venues, events, and organizations presenting them. One of his first major productions, Puppy Pals Live — The Comedic Stunt Dog Show, quickly grew from an original concept into a nationally touring production. In its first year alone, Puppy Pals presented more than 80 sold-out performances across the country.
The production later reached a national television audience on Season 15 of America's Got Talent, advancing to the Quarterfinals and introducing Puppy Pals to millions of viewers nationwide. That success became the foundation for an expanding portfolio of original entertainment. Under Wesley's creative direction, WOW has developed and produced Puppy Pals Live, Jurassic Bark Live, Paws for the Planet, Cirque du WOW, Roaring Riptides Live!, Hot Ziggity Zoomers, Wesley Williams LIVE: The One Wheel Wonder, and additional specialty and custom productions.
Today, those productions are part of a company delivering 500+ live events annually and building long-term relationships with venues, attractions, fairs, festivals, and organizations throughout the country.

Wesley's experience as an international touring artist, television performer, creator, producer, and business owner now shapes the way WOW approaches every project. Having spent his career on both sides of the curtain, he understands what captures an audience, what talent needs to succeed, what makes a production marketable, and what presenters need from an entertainment partner.
That perspective continues to drive WOW forward: develop original ideas, surround them with extraordinary talent, build them into strong entertainment brands, and create experiences audiences remember.
Meet the
Management Team
PEYTON WILLIAMS
Booking Manager
Peyton Williams serves as Booking Manager for WOW Talent & Entertainment, overseeing tour booking, ticket sales, and strategic partnerships across the company's growing portfolio of live productions.
Peyton joined WOW in May 2025 as the company expanded and created a dedicated role to support its growing touring and booking operations. Today, he works closely with venues, presenters, agents, and event partners nationwide, helping build and manage tours for productions including Puppy Pals Live, Wesley Williams LIVE: The One Wheel Wonder, Jurassic Bark Live, and other WOW experiences.

From developing new relationships and coordinating tour schedules to supporting ticketed engagements and long-term partnerships, Peyton plays an important role in connecting WOW's productions with venues and audiences nationwide.
Peyton is a graduate of Belmont Abbey College, where he earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Management and Marketing. His background in both disciplines supports his work as WOW continues to expand its touring footprint and develop new relationships throughout the live entertainment industry.
JIMENA HERRERA
Production Manager & Executive Assistant
Since joining WOW Talent & Entertainment in July 2024, Jimena Herrera has served as Production Manager and Executive Assistant, working closely with the management team, artists, and event partners to coordinate the many details involved in bringing WOW's live productions to audiences across the country.
Her role includes production planning, scheduling, contracts, travel, accommodations, artist coordination, and day-to-day operations, helping ensure that every production is supported by a strong and organized operation behind the scenes.
Jimena works closely with both WOW's touring teams and its partners, helping make the process seamless from pre-production and planning through arrival and performance.
With a background in Industrial Design and a Master of Business Administration, Jimena brings both creativity and business perspective to her work. Her attention to detail and
organization play an important role as WOW continues to expand its portfolio of productions, artists, and partnerships.
